If I could I would rate this place a ZERO. I arrived with my nonverbal autistic child. They allowed us to settle in, he took a MOMENT to calm down, and then they proceeded to accommodate over 10 individuals for haircuts while my autistic child remained in the CENTER of the room for an hour and a half. One individual displayed kindness out of three. I suggest investing your funds in an establishment that does not exhibit prejudice towards disorders, and mistreat individuals with disorders. I have already filed a complaint with the Portsmouth chamber of commerce, their bias against the autistic community will now face significant public scrutiny.
My two daughters required a haircut that was a step up from their father's barber shop, yet more budget-friendly than my own salon. My Mother in Law suggested this establishment when I mentioned I was considering the other popular haircut place in the market basket plaza.
