I must say, the esthetician did a fantastic job shaping my brows. However, I am giving a poor rating because I had to finish plucking my brows and lips at home. Upon leaving, I noticed one eyebrow was longer than the other and there were numerous stray hairs left on my lips! To top it off, she accidentally got wax in my hair. I feel like I paid nearly $45 for a $5 service. I certainly will not be returning. Also, it's quite uncomfortable being out in the open getting waxed...
