Alexis S is truly exceptional - she has taken the time to understand me and my skin type, always offering excellent suggestions for post-care and products. I consistently leave feeling rejuvenated! The entire team is welcoming and considerate, and the studio is consistently spotless. I can't praise Alexis/The Seattle Lady enough :)
I experienced my first facial at The Seattle Lady, and it was truly wonderful! The skincare specialist was extremely kind and offered me the choice of explaining each step or maintaining silence for a more relaxing experience. I opted for explanations, and she guided me through the process with great detail. It was both educational and soothing. She also provided tailored skincare advice based on my skin type and her observations, which I found very valuable. While they do offer products for sale at the studio, I didn't feel pressured to make a purchase. They even gave me a complimentary sample of a product I was curious about! The studio was exceptionally clean and cozy, and all the staff I encountered were warm and welcoming. I also appreciated that their robes are available in sizes up to 4x, which was fantastic. I enjoyed the experience so much that I immediately booked my next appointment! 10/10!
I just visited the MW Land for the first time, and it was absolutely perfect, exactly what I needed! The team there is incredibly friendly and kind, and the place is spotless and incredibly charming. My facial was done by Riley, who was truly exceptional! I walked out feeling incredibly relaxed and my skin was glowing! I've already scheduled another appointment for a few weeks from now and I'm eagerly looking forward to going back!
