My initial visit to this store in Seattle left me wishing I had caught the name of the person who guided me in selecting the right products to transition back to blonde. Having done my own hair for years, the shift from all-over brown raised some queries. This individual's suggestions were immensely helpful, leading to nearly perfect results on my first attempt. Just one more toning session and I'm set. Kudos to the short-haired blonde lady who assisted me that day! I'll return for every touch-up. Your kindness and support are truly appreciated!

Staff here were impolite and utterly unhelpful. When my spouse sought supplies to lighten her hair color, the older lady she encountered not only displayed rudeness but also failed to provide assistance, instructing her to leave and conduct research before returning. We will not patronize this establishment again.
