My initial visit to this store in Seattle left me wishing I had caught the name of the person who guided me in selecting the right products to transition back to blonde. Having done my own hair for years, the shift from all-over brown raised some queries. This individual's suggestions were immensely helpful, leading to nearly perfect results on my first attempt. Just one more toning session and I'm set. Kudos to the short-haired blonde lady who assisted me that day! I'll return for every touch-up.
