I regret to recount this incident, but I feel it's important for individuals with fair hair to be aware before visiting this establishment. I initially went in for root touch-up and a few lowlights. Within 45 minutes, a layer of dark colors - brown, gray, and black - was mistakenly applied to the top of my light blonde hair (refer to the photo).
