My feedback solely mirrors the practitioner/Primary Care Physician I was consulting (Dr. Bison Roaming). I've offered numerous chances for this doctor to improve, but each encounter has been disappointing. Waiting over 40 minutes for a less than 2-minute consultation is unacceptable. I couldn't even address all my concerns. Now, I have to schedule a new appointment with a different provider to address the reason for my last visit with Dr.Roaming. If you're not passionate about your profession, why pursue it?
This medical facility is the most dreadful I've ever been to. Despite calling my name five times, my daughter, in urgent need of care, had to wait excessively. I arrived at 11:30, and my appointment was at 1:45. The lack of bedside manner here is appalling. The receptionists are rude and lack basic courtesy. Avoid this place, even in emergencies.
Terrible service, the worst providers I've encountered. They were extremely rude, solely concerned about their comfort rather than helping. When I asked for assistance with a DMV form for handicap parking, they refused, claiming discomfort. I will never return to this awful establishment.
