Visited today for my consultation with Amy and ended up receiving my first treatment. I was thrilled and had conducted extensive research over the past couple of years, so I was prepared, but I didn't expect to receive the first treatment so promptly. Amy was fantastic, so warm and personable, she calmed my nerves about everything. She thoroughly explained everything, checked if I had any questions throughout, and I didn't feel pressured or hurried to do more. I enrolled in a facial package and proceeded straight to the treatment room. My technician was also great, to be honest, everyone I encountered was fantastic from the moment I entered the front desk. Overall, I had a wonderful experience. I appreciate that they offer lifetime unlimited treatments instead of pay-per-session. I know people who, as they age, develop new hair and end up paying for the entire treatment again elsewhere. And honestly, when you break down the cost, it's not that different, yet having the peace of mind that I can return for free is priceless. I am excited and grateful for taking the leap and going for it. I will provide an update after completing my sessions.
