Nina is a top-notch professional! I've been in Albuquerque for a little over 2 months and urgently needed nail care. Nina expertly applied liquid gel, and I was completely satisfied with the outcome. She's also incredibly friendly! The establishment itself is lovely, comfortable, and inviting. The Lead Guest Services Expert, Elise, was exceptionally kind.
My bamboo massage was incredible, but the check-out process soured the experience. I had a query about a product's price and was receiving great service from a young lady when another woman, who I suspect may be the owner, intervened. I left without knowing my total, didn't sign anything, or receive a receipt (my oversight). Upon learning the product's price, which was exorbitant, I opted not to purchase it. It's disappointing that a day of relaxation ended on a negative note. I'm still puzzled as to why the older woman took over when the young lady was doing an excellent job.
Nina did a fantastic job! My Wedding is this Sunday and she managed to fit me in on short notice so I could have stunning nails for the big day. Her expertise was evident, and she was thorough in her work. The appointment felt unhurried. If you want exceptional nails, request Nina!
