I have been a regular customer here for a few months now, typically making appointments in advance. However, on the last three occasions, my appointments started at least 15 minutes late. Once, my slot was even given to someone else, forcing me to return in an hour, despite my patience and understanding. Today, I had an appointment scheduled for 1:30, yet by 1:46, my nails had not even been started. I had to leave as my autistic son had therapy at home that I couldn't miss. This experience has left me extremely disappointed, and I have decided never to return. The images attached were taken after a previous visit where my nails were poorly done, an issue for which I should have received a refund.
