I have been a regular customer here for a few months now, typically making appointments in advance. However, on the last three occasions, my appointments started at least 15 minutes late. Once, my slot was even given to someone else, forcing me to return in an hour, despite my patience and understanding. Today, I had an appointment scheduled for 1:30, yet by 1:46, my nails had not even been started. I had to leave as my autistic son had therapy at home that I couldn't miss. This experience has left me extremely disappointed, and I have decided never to return. The images attached were taken after a previous visit where my nails were poorly done, an issue for which I should have received a refund.
My first visit to Linhz’s Nail Salon was fantastic! The technician was extremely skilled; I opted for a basic spa pedicure due to my current 37-week pregnancy making it difficult to reach my toes. The result was fabulous, the experience was incredibly calming, and the overall atmosphere was delightful. I rated 4/5 stars only because despite scheduling an appointment in advance, I still had to wait around 15-20 minutes to be seen, and the chemical odor was stronger than what I'm used to in other salons. This could be due to my heightened senses during pregnancy :) I will definitely return for more visits.
The last few visits, my nails were done by a male technician. He accidentally cut me with the drill, leaving my nails looking rough. Now, I feel anxious and sweaty whenever the drill comes out, closely monitoring to prevent any more cuts. However, today I had a wonderful male technician named Oliver. I could relax and watch TV as he worked with the drill gently. Noticing my dissatisfaction with the color, he suggested a new one and returned with the perfect shade without me even asking! I will specifically request him for all my future appointments, my nails turned out flawless!
