This salon visit was absolutely dreadful. Let me elaborate. My daughter and I walked in, warmly welcomed by the short lady with dark hair. She was incredibly friendly and definitely a standout employee! However, the person responsible for hiring Miranda, the hairdresser, needs to reassess their standards. We showed Miranda a picture of the hairstyle we wanted, to which she agreed. However, she did not smile, show any engagement, or display any kindness. I observed her roughly combing through my daughter's hair, and I couldn't help but think that Miranda must be new. Despite this, I still left a generous tip. This was not only my daughter's first haircut at a salon, but it was also the worst experience we've ever had. I cannot in good conscience recommend Miranda to anyone. It concerns me that she was hired in the first place. "Great Clips, where some employees clip without care." I will be sharing this negative experience with everyone I meet until Miranda is no longer employed there. We left feeling disappointed, with my daughter in tears, and headed to Hair Cuttery where we were pleasantly surprised! The money spent at Great Clips was a waste. Avoid Miranda at all costs.
