I've been a client of Veronica's for about a year now, and she never fails to impress me. She's absolutely fantastic! Every time I see someone leaving the salon, their hair looks amazing. I wholeheartedly recommend this salon.
Bonnie is hands down the best hairstylist in the area. She consistently delivers exceptional results. I highly recommend Polished Image and Bonnie Leatha Oneal Montague.
AVOID THIS PLACE! It's a complete disaster! This salon is far from being top-notch. The staff lacks professionalism, they're noisy and messy. To top it off, they were all drinking from a huge margarita jug, refilling each other's cups. I should've left right then and there. Now, my hair is completely ruined! They butchered it! And to add insult to injury, they charged me over $200 for the disaster. Their behavior was beyond unprofessional. Just look at the photos I took! They tried to cover it up by curling my hair and giving me a small mirror. It was only when the curls fell out that night that I saw the damage. I will never set foot in that place again.
