My daughter was eager for her extensions, so I researched extensively to find the right person and place to take her. I am thrilled we chose Lex after a detailed consultation on color, length, and extension care. The entire process, from start to finish, was smooth and educational. Lex took the time to reassure my daughter that her extensions would look fantastic, and she delivered! My daughter is overjoyed with her hair; the color match was flawless. We highly recommend Alexa for extensions in the future!
I had an exceptional experience with Alexa. She is highly professional and produces incredible results. She is friendly and attentive to your requests. By adding 18-inch sew-in extension wefts, she gave me the hair of my dreams. My hair has never looked better. I strongly suggest booking any service with her.
My daughter showed Alexa a picture of the desired color, but it turned out white, which was not what she asked for. Alexa promised to fix it the next day. I spent the whole night consoling my daughter and asked if we could come in as promised. However, Alexa made us wait a week to get back in. After the color correction, Alexa tried to charge me $60 for her mistake, claiming it was to cover her product cost. This was not mentioned during the appointment. I had previously paid $250 for a cut and full highlights, but now it was $320. When I questioned the increase, Alexa said I paid $250 last time. During my daughter's color correction, the salon's eyebrow artist was gossiping about my daughter's hair to her client, suggesting my daughter should be grateful for the $250 hair color she didn't ask for. It was unprofessional and pricing seemed arbitrary based on what Alexa thought she could get away with.
