I had an exceptional experience with Alexa. She is highly professional and produces incredible results. She is friendly and attentive to your requests. I spent the whole night consoling my daughter and asked if we could come in as promised. However, Alexa made us wait a week to get back in. After the color correction, Alexa tried to charge me $60 for her mistake, claiming it was to cover her product cost. This was not mentioned during the appointment. I had previously paid $250 for a cut and full highlights, but now it was $320. When I questioned the increase, Alexa said I paid $250 last time. During my daughter's color correction, the salon's eyebrow artist was gossiping about my daughter's hair to her client, suggesting my daughter should be grateful for the $250 hair color she didn't ask for. It was unprofessional and pricing seemed arbitrary based on what Alexa thought she could get away with.
