I will not return to this salon if I come back. The stylist really messed up my hair, leaving it uneven at the back and removing a chunk I specifically asked him not to touch. The right side is noticeably shorter than the left, with more hair on one side. I requested a clean V neckline, a slight arch at the ears, and a possible small fade at the sideburns. Despite showing him a picture and clearly communicating my preferences, the end result is far from what I wanted, with unnecessary missing patches of hair.
The salon is impeccably clean with a warm and welcoming staff. My usual stylist, Maria, always delivers exceptional results. The pricing is competitive, and the location is convenient with nearby dining options if there's a wait. I combined a haircut with a car service at Mavis, making it a seamless experience. The shop's ambiance, complete with a flat screen and engaging conversations, creates a cool and relaxing atmosphere. If you're looking for a place to unwind and enjoy your time, this is it.
The staff here is phenomenal, and the atmosphere is top-notch. Miguel did an excellent job with my haircut, displaying great friendliness and support throughout the process.
