Jade was absolutely fantastic. They were patient, gentle, asked plenty of questions, and assisted me with a style that I needed while also ensuring I loved it. They were warm, inclusive, and empathetic. I utterly adore my new style, I'm incredibly grateful.
Jade is truly amazing! They gave me the best haircut I've had since I left Oregon over 40 years ago and used to get my hair cut in Portland. Furthermore, they're kind and vibrant, engaging to converse with, and an exceptional listener. Normally, I wait an eternity between haircuts, but I'm already scheduling my next appointment just 8 weeks later. And, my cut still looks fantastic!
