Purchased a gift voucher for my spouse. The staff had trouble locating the voucher and prioritized a phone call before honoring it. The nail polish was aged and clumpy. They refused to do both nails and pedicure simultaneously, which prolonged the process and attempted to shift blame onto my spouse. I will continue my search for a nail salon for both my spouse and daughter. Disappointing.
This establishment has been my go-to nail salon for years and it remains my absolute favorite, always delivering exceptional service. I have visited numerous salons in the area, but this one surpasses them all. I will never consider going elsewhere! Treat yourself to a nail appointment here, you won't regret it!
Slightly let down by my recent visit. The nail polish applied to my nails was thick and appeared old. They push for customers to opt for gel services to increase spending. The salon lacks adequate equipment for a standard manicure, resulting in longer drying times. Despite these issues, I have been a loyal customer for some time and appreciate the welcoming nature of the staff.
