My wife took our daughter to get a haircut at this salon, and it was a disaster. The person who cut my 8-year-old's hair left numerous scratches on her head! It wasn't just one scratch, but many of them. It seemed like they had no idea what they were doing. We will never use this salon's services again, and we strongly advise against it, especially for children. The service was terrible and unprofessional. They should hire experienced people who know what they're doing!
#8 is fantastic at cutting hair, her name is Mrs. Tere, and she does a great job! Everyone else is just okay, not really good, but it's a decent place for a haircut.
The person at station 3, I believe, messed up my hairline, and now it looks like an "m" shape. Unbelievable.
