Purchased a gift voucher for my spouse. The staff had trouble locating the voucher and prioritized a phone call before honoring it. The nail polish was aged and clumpy. They refused to do both nails and pedicure simultaneously, which prolonged the process and attempted to shift blame onto my spouse. I will continue my search for a nail salon for both my spouse and daughter. My son and I went to have our nails done. Maria did an excellent job on my nails. She was meticulous and took her time to ensure they looked perfect. Unfortunately, the nail technician who worked on my son's nails did a subpar job. My wife took our daughter to get a haircut at this salon, and it was a disaster. The person who cut my 8-year-old's hair left numerous scratches on her head! It wasn't just one scratch, but many of them. It seemed like they had no idea what they were doing. We will never use this salon's services again, and we strongly advise against it, especially for children. The service was terrible and unprofessional. I had the Keratin Smoothing Treatment done today by Alex Turner. It turned out INCREDIBLE! Not to mention Alex is such a gem. Positive vibes and engaging conversation. The salon/spa is STUNNING! Situated upstairs with a view of the coast while you're pampered. They also have a boutique with some unique finds to browse.
