Insufficient personnel. I was informed of a 40-minute wait. I find it impolite for the staff to converse in their own language. I went in for a mani-pedi. I wanted to relax in the morning. They hadn't even had lunch. My attendant seemed irritated, and now I'm on the lookout for a new spot. I'd been a patron there for over 25 years.

I visited this local spot with high expectations after hearing positive feedback and seeing impressive nail designs on social media. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations. When I called to schedule an appointment, the manager, Isabell, bluntly stated, "I am skilled at designs but not known for being gentle." While honesty is appreciated, customer service should prioritize client comfort and safety. Despite requesting a gentler approach, Isabell insisted on assigning a different technician for my appointment. Upon arrival, I was made to wait for 20 minutes despite arriving early. The nail technician proceeded to cut my cuticles despite my request otherwise. Although the technician was careful, the final design did not match the image I provided. The color was off, and the glitter ombré appeared amateurish.
