I am utterly shocked by the terrible experience I had here. This is absolutely unacceptable. I feel like I've been robbed. When I asked for a fix, all I got was some reshaping, according to the technician. This disaster was caused by one of the male staff members. Not to mention how many times he accidentally hurt me (quite badly too).
The service here is top-notch and the ambiance is so calming. The prices for nail services, including designs, are unbeatable. Their commitment to quality is truly impressive; they stand by their work completely. If you're not satisfied, they will make it right. What's even better is that they are kid-friendly. My daughter had an amazing time getting her nails done without any judgment. Tina has assembled a fantastic team of nail technicians. After previous bad experiences and wasting money on subpar nails elsewhere, this is now our go-to place!
The salon is incredibly welcoming, impeccably clean, and offers superb service at very reasonable prices.
