First time client on 7/05/2024 had my hair styled and dyed for my wedding on 07/06/2024 after 6 years. Main concern was gray sides, unfortunately not fully covered. When pointed out, no effort to rectify, just a mention of foiling close to the scalp. For $350.00, it should be flawless; I'm disappointed. Requesting at least half the fee refunded.
Visited Lavish for the first time today with stylist Emma. She did an exceptional job, ensuring I was satisfied throughout. Pleasant chat, great ambiance, fair prices, and excellent service. Already scheduled a color appointment for next week after today's haircut experience. 😊
