Initially, I was pleased with how my nails looked post-service. Unfortunately, the very next day, one of my acrylic nails broke, causing damage to my natural nail bed. This unexpected outcome made me regret spending $100 on a service that lasted only a day. I do not suggest this salon for nail services.
My experience with the pedicure was pleasant, however, the full set left much to be desired. The older technician, not Lynn, provided a wonderful massage, but Lynn rushed through shaping and buffing my nails, resulting in an unnatural look. I paid $48 for this service, and when I raised my concerns with the manager, she had the audacity to call my nails "cute." Lynn even had the nerve to smirk when I expressed my dissatisfaction. I advise against booking an appointment with Lynn. I only gave two stars for the decent pedicure and the kindness of the older technician.
The wait time was minimal, and my nail service only took an hour. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making my first visit a delightful experience. The technician executed my desired nail design perfectly. I wholeheartedly recommend this salon. Thank you for a great service.
