Absolutely dreadful experience at a salon. My hair looks awful, the color is too dark, and the cut bears no resemblance to the picture I showed. I'll need to seek another place to fix this mess. Highly unprofessional, I had to request a cape, and I doubt if her tools had been cleaned. It took the stylist an hour to apply color to my hair because she was too engrossed in chatting with others. Save yourself the trouble and find another salon.
