Customer Service ain't what it used to be. One shouldn't visit a nail salon and face attitude, wrong polish, cold stones, and not using all the paid-for product. I don't like to gripe, but this ain't a one-time thing. What a dreadful ordeal! I visited this establishment on Sunday. The manicurist cut my cuticle too deeply, causing significant bleeding. He used a substance to stop the bleeding, but there was a lot of cross-contamination during his attempts to clean up. He awkwardly chuckled while apologizing for the incident, yet failed to provide a bandage or any complimentary service. This nail salon is top-notch, I've visited many in the vicinity. Impeccably clean, with a welcoming staff. They take their time with you unlike other places I've tried. Their commitment to sterilization is truly comforting.
