What a dreadful ordeal! I visited this establishment on Sunday. The manicurist cut my cuticle too deeply, causing significant bleeding. He used a substance to stop the bleeding, but there was a lot of cross-contamination during his attempts to clean up. He awkwardly chuckled while apologizing for the incident, yet failed to provide a bandage or any complimentary service. Now, my finger is infected.
