Customer Service ain't what it used to be. One shouldn't visit a nail salon and face attitude, wrong polish, cold stones, and not using all the paid-for product. I don't like to gripe, but this ain't a one-time thing. They've lost me as a customer for good now!
I suggest going to Quan for your sns dip nails here. He does a fantastic job! Whether it's the technique or the quality of work, my nails didn't chip or crack after 3 weeks for the first time. I returned for a neon look, and Quan nailed it again. The friendly vibe among the staff is a plus. They treat each other with kindness and respect, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
