Brooke tended to my hair, and she executed it splendidly! She was amiable and initiated conversation with me, all the while boosting my confidence in my hair! Originally a dirty blonde hue, she metamorphosed it beautifully. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment, particularly for newcomers like myself venturing into hair transformations.
Absolutely dreadful experience. I arrived post prior communication and waited for what felt like eternity while two individuals were in the rear "tidying up". The stylist executed a subpar job on my hair. I had higher expectations from this highly acclaimed salon. She scarcely engaged in conversation and appeared irked when I attempted to interact. Despite desiring two services, she insisted on payment after just one. It appeared she was finished with me. I will not return.
I endeavored to secure an appointment for my nuptials, the receptionist was impolite but provided the contact information of a stylist Brooke. I was instructed to reach out to her directly, and she responded by criticizing the desired style and displaying a generally unpleasant demeanor. What a disheartening encounter.
