ABSOLUTE WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE! My daughter had an appointment for gel nail tips for prom. Showed the tech a pic of stiletto nails she wanted, but got the opposite. It took my daughter over an hour to fix the nails herself to make them look decent. Not something you should have to do after paying for a service. I contacted the owner (Kim) to explain what happened. She was rude and dismissive. Promised to "fix the nails or refund the $60" but did neither, just hurried off the call claiming she had other clients. Kim boasts about her clean salon but didn't even have my daughter wash her hands, and even suggested we could get a fungal infection at an Asian salon. The owner, Kim, took advantage of a teenage girl and tried to pass off a $20 discount as a favor. So these nails would have actually cost $80.
I ADORE this salon. It's spotless and Celeste is amazing. My nails always look stunning!!! I constantly receive compliments on them. Celeste is always updated on new trends and maintains industry standards. Give her a try. You won't regret it.
I used to be a patron, but I needed a salon that offered individual eyelashes so I took a break. Recently, I saw a sign for "eyelashes" on their building. I called to inquire and the owner, Kim, answered. She was extremely abrupt and gave me a very high quote, then told me to "just get some eyelash strips." I have never encountered an owner speaking so rudely and unprofessionally. Her lack of sophistication and ignorance was evident in just 30 seconds. I would never support this kind of salon; my standards and principles are too high to tolerate the lack of professionalism displayed by the owner.
