I had a simple cut with Teresa and I'm delighted with the outcome! Growing my hair out for years, getting a trim from a new stylist is always nerve-wracking. But Teresa did an amazing job; my hair feels healthier, and the length difference is barely noticeable. She styled it beautifully too! Highly recommend her services.
Absolutely worth it! I purchased a Groupon deal for a Brazilian smoothing treatment at a great price of $152 for a 4-month treatment. Everyone at the salon wore masks, and I saw them cleaning surfaces between customers. The service was excellent, and I'm thrilled with my hair. They are moving to a better location in September. Best wishes to them!
I visited this salon with a Groupon I bought. No one wore masks, and the receptionist was quite rude. I told her my appointment was at 11:45, but she insisted it was at 11. Even though I had proof on my phone and no one informed me during the confirmation call. They refused to do my hair, claiming I was 45 minutes late when my appointment was at 11:45. I drove 45 minutes to get there. The staff's attitude made me not want to reschedule. When I tried to get a refund through Groupon, they marked it as redeemed without providing the service. The lady on the phone was disrespectful, questioning the cost of my hair and the Groupon purchase. I won't be going back to this salon. Very disappointing experience.
