ABSOLUTE WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE!
My daughter had an appointment for gel nail tips for prom. Showed the tech a pic of stiletto nails she wanted, but got the opposite.
It took my daughter over an hour to fix the nails herself to make them look decent. Not something you should have to do after paying for a service.
I contacted the owner (Kim) to explain what happened. She was rude and dismissive. Promised to "fix the nails or refund the $60" but did neither, just hurried off the call claiming she had other clients. Kim boasts about her clean salon but didn't even have my daughter wash her hands, and even suggested we could get a fungal infection at an Asian salon.
The owner, Kim, took advantage of a teenage girl and tried to pass off a $20 discount as a favor.
