Just wanted to share that I was having a rough day and Alex was able to sneak me in today for just a piercing change with Taylor, this was my first time here and it was such a great experience. Alex was really kind on the phone and with helping me pick out a new nose ring. Taylor was knowledgeable and helpful when explaining why I was having trouble putting in my previous corkscrew nose ring. And when I left I got a piece of candy!! ABSOLUTE WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE!
My daughter had an appointment for gel nail tips for prom. Showed the tech a pic of stiletto nails she wanted, but got the opposite.
It took my daughter over an hour to fix the nails herself to make them look decent. Not something you should have to do after paying for a service.
I contacted the owner (Kim) to explain what happened. She was rude and dismissive. Promised to "fix the nails or refund the $60" but did neither, just hurried off the call claiming she had other clients. Kim boasts about her clean salon but didn't even have my daughter wash her hands, and even suggested we could get a fungal infection at an Asian salon.
The owner, Kim, took advantage of a teenage girl and tried to pass off a $20 discount as a favor. I had a simple cut with Teresa and I'm delighted with the outcome! Growing my hair out for years, getting a trim from a new stylist is always nerve-wracking. But Teresa did an amazing job; my hair feels healthier, and the length difference is barely noticeable. She styled it beautifully too!
