During my stay in Solivita, I bought 4 massages as presents for my loved ones. The customer service was exceptional, and the massage from Brandon was outstanding. However, I was charged for a 5th massage that I did not authorize. I contacted the main office and spoke with a woman to inquire about the five charges. She explained that one of the charges was submitted to the insurance company, and the manager would need to issue a refund. She also mentioned that one of the individuals I purchased a massage for left a $10 tip on my card. I pointed out the illegality of this and requested that the manager contact me. This call was made on 11/28, and I have not received a call back from the manager/owner or a refund. I refrained from leaving a negative review as this could have been easily resolved. However, we will not be returning, and I will be contacting Chase tomorrow.
