During my stay in Solivita, I bought 4 massages as presents for my loved ones. The customer service was exceptional, and the massage from Brandon was outstanding. However, I was charged for a 5th massage that I did not authorize. I contacted the main office and spoke with a woman to inquire about the five charges. She explained that one of the charges was submitted to the insurance company, and the manager would need to issue a refund. She also mentioned that one of the individuals I purchased a massage for left a $10 tip on my card. I pointed out the illegality of this and requested that the manager contact me. This call was made on 11/28, and I have not received a call back from the manager/owner or a refund. I refrained from leaving a negative review as this could have been easily resolved. However, we will not be returning, and I will be contacting Chase tomorrow.
I utilized this establishment for Occupational Therapy back in 2022 to rehabilitate my left knee after ACL surgery. It was fantastic. That’s why I'm returning now to utilize their services again to rehab my right knee after a complete knee replacement in April. The therapists are all exceptional. This is the ONLY place where your therapist will dedicate the entire hour solely to you. Nowhere else offers that. It's a significant advantage! All the therapists are exceptional. I've also recently incorporated reflexology and hydrotherapy into my regimen. It's all fantastic. The entire team here is welcoming, professional, and well-informed. They accept various insurance plans as well. I highly recommend this establishment, and both locations are equally top-notch.
I invested $90 in a one-hour facial. The steam machine was out of order. There was no warm, humid air to unclog the pores. It was a disappointing series of cold creams being applied to my face. It was not a satisfying facial.
