I was thrilled to finally have the opportunity to visit Alex! I've heard so many great things about them!! My facial was incredibly soothing and included an Oxygeno treatment. Alex is extremely well-informed, and the ambiance in their studio is inviting and stunning. I plan to make appointments with Alex a regular part of my skincare regimen! I can understand why everyone speaks so highly of them!
I was really looking forward to receiving services from Alex, but I have not received any response to my calls or messages after requesting to reschedule. I hope everything is alright, just a bit disappointing. If I hear back from them and there are any changes, I will provide an update.
I still have not heard back from Alex. I believe it's because they tried to push me into purchasing laser hair removal, and I declined, only wanting a wax. They assured me, "I will make sure you are taken care of," and then stopped responding. Very unprofessional just because I didn't want the services they were trying to sell me.
