Avoid this place! The customer service, including the managers, is terrible. I had free massages that I couldn't schedule due to inconvenient hours. When I finally managed to book massages on Saturdays, two in a row were canceled. Despite scheduling two months in advance, they kept canceling and still charged me monthly. Stay away from Massage Envy in Plymouth, MN!
Stay clear of this place! Appointments are always unavailable. Bre is the only good therapist, but she's booked months in advance. I've been a member for over a decade and have faced constant cancellations without callbacks from management. They even charged me for a missed appointment in Edina, yet they cancel on me without consideration. At Plymouth, my husband caught a therapist taking inappropriate photos, and they still work there. Disgusting!
Stefanie reached out to me following my review and offered a free massage or facial. She was very understanding of my experience and eager to make things right. I chose the facial and after some consideration, I discussed my preferences with her. I was then scheduled for a chemical peel with Alice on the same day. Alice was friendly, explained everything thoroughly, and tailored the experience to my needs. She kept me informed throughout the process, making it a great experience. Despite a disappointing massage, Stefanie's handling of the situation was commendable. The facial by Alice was fantastic, and I look forward to returning to her.
