My first facial experience at Hand and Stone with Taylor was exceptional. Taylor not only provided a thorough explanation of the process but also created a soothing and relaxing atmosphere. The facility was clean, and I was promptly attended to. I also took advantage of the Christmas in July promotion, which was a great bonus. Thank you, Taylor, for a wonderful first facial - I will definitely be returning to see you again!
I received two massage gift cards from a colleague for a baby shower present at this establishment. Initially, I was unsure when to use them - perhaps one during pregnancy and one postpartum. Eventually, I decided to use both after giving birth for more flexibility. Despite encountering difficulties scheduling due to my newborn's demanding schedule, I finally managed to secure an appointment. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I was informed that I couldn't receive a massage as I had a C-section 5 and a half weeks ago. This lack of proper screening and communication left me feeling frustrated and disappointed, as the whole purpose of the outing was to relax. The wasted time and stress caused by this experience have made me reconsider returning, despite having gift cards for additional massages. It's disheartening that my recent childbirth and breastfeeding status were not taken into account, leading to a negative impression and a failed attempt at relaxation.
