Overall great spa experience. The ambiance is serene and peaceful. Reception staff was friendly and efficient. My massage was with Alex. He attentively listened to my needs and the massage provided me with the therapeutic outcomes I desired. He also offered valuable advice. I immediately scheduled another appointment upon leaving. Avoid this place! The customer service, including the managers, is terrible. I had free massages that I couldn't schedule due to inconvenient hours. When I finally managed to book massages on Saturdays, two in a row were canceled. Despite scheduling two months in advance, they kept canceling and still charged me monthly.
