Overall great spa experience. The ambiance is serene and peaceful. Reception staff was friendly and efficient. My massage was with Alex. He attentively listened to my needs and the massage provided me with the therapeutic outcomes I desired. He also offered valuable advice. I immediately scheduled another appointment upon leaving. Today's visit to the salon left me feeling let down. Despite my clear request for a deep conditioning treatment to combat my dry scalp in the winter, I received minimal consultation and only a basic hair wash. The 10-minute mask was barely applied to my scalp. The unexpected $55 charge, compared to the advertised $25 rate, was a surprise. I did not ask for styling, and my hair length is average. It would have been helpful to know if my hair was considered 'long' with additional charges. I would have happily paid more for a true deep conditioning treatment. Avoid this place! The customer service, including the managers, is terrible. I had free massages that I couldn't schedule due to inconvenient hours. When I finally managed to book massages on Saturdays, two in a row were canceled. Despite scheduling two months in advance, they kept canceling and still charged me monthly. I managed to secure a same-day appointment with Alex for a last-minute massage, and it was a fantastic experience. My facial was incredibly soothing and included an Oxygeno treatment. Alex is extremely well-informed, and the ambiance in their studio is inviting and stunning.

If driving, head west on Hwy 55 from the intersection with Northwest Blvd, then turn left onto Vicksburg Ln N. Finally, turn right onto 11th Ave N to reach the salon in Plymouth.

This was my debut with Riley, and I must say I'm truly impressed!! They were meticulous during the consultation, and I adored the cut I received as a result! Incredibly knowledgeable and provided fantastic advice for styling wavy/curly hair.
