Today's visit to the salon left me feeling let down. Despite my clear request for a deep conditioning treatment to combat my dry scalp in the winter, I received minimal consultation and only a basic hair wash. The 10-minute mask was barely applied to my scalp. The unexpected $55 charge, compared to the advertised $25 rate, was a surprise. I did not ask for styling, and my hair length is average. It would have been helpful to know if my hair was considered 'long' with additional charges. I would have happily paid more for a true deep conditioning treatment. However, I must praise the salon for its exceptional cleanliness.
For over 16 years, I've been a loyal customer at Cher & Company Salon, where Emily relaxes and cuts my hair. She's not just a stylist, but a dear friend and confidante. Emily always listens to my requests and cares for my hair with expertise. Each visit has been consistently fantastic! Cher, the salon owner, is incredibly kind, and the salon is always impeccably clean. They prioritize COVID protocols, making me feel safe during my visits.
I had a wonderful experience at this salon! The staff is warm and genuinely friendly. Brooke did an amazing job - she listened to my preferences and delivered exactly what I wanted.
