I stumbled upon this salon while searching for a place to have my hair and makeup done for my wedding. Angela styled my hair exactly as I envisioned. She also worked her magic on my partner's hair. Hold onto your hats for this one! A truly dreadful and costly experience! Typically, I would brush it off and move on, but this time, I am still dealing with the aftermath. During my first visit to the salon, I had an appointment for highlights, lowlights, a cut, blowout, and styling on a Thursday. The initial quote was $112. The stylist was nice, but the end result was a disaster! My hair looked nothing like what I had requested, despite showing pictures and having a consultation. I wanted a blend of brown and blonde, but what I got was a mishmash of different shades including yellow, copper, and red, with red roots several inches long. It was a complete mess, and by the time she finished, it was already 11 pm, five hours after my 6 pm appointment. I had work the next morning and had to wake up at 5 am. Not only was my hair a disaster, but the other services were not completed. They offered to fix it the following Thursday, but I was not able to make it then. I was then asked to pay the full price for the incomplete services, which I refused. Despite this, I was charged $92. I left with damaged hair, a wet head, the lingering scent of chemicals, and dye stains on my skin. The next day, my coworkers were shocked by the state of my hair. I reached out to the salon's owner, who managed to fit me in the next day for a correction at no extra cost. However, even after several hours of color correction, my hair still wasn't right. I was then asked to return on Saturday for a cut and style, which I declined due to the unsatisfactory results and the fear of further damage. The smell of chemicals lingered for days, and even two weeks later, I am still dealing with the aftermath of this disastrous experience. I refuse to return and am completely dissatisfied.
