The technician was horrible. She didn’t have a name on her smock. She cut me at least 8 times. They were burning when I put them in the water from her cutting them so bad. I have never had my toes cut to the point they bled. My toes hurt so bad right now and are red from her not knowing what she was doing. I also felt like I was rushed because they did my gel manicure at the same time and that doesn’t look good either. I will never return to that establishment again.
Every time I want a pedicure, this is where I go. I always ask for Blanca or Maritza and my friend asks for Sonja. The place is always clean and the staff are very friendly. I’ve tried other places that are closer to me, but I never really liked the end result, so this is the only place I go. The spa pedicures are fabulous and super relaxing. They get very busy, so it’s best that you make an appointment, especially if you want a certain tech to be available.
I went to nail salon to get a manicure & pedicure for my son’s wedding. I made an appointment week before. Upon arrival the woman at the desk was so rude to me as I asked her about their “dazzle” nail polish. Then I was escorted back for my pedicure. My pedicure was so disruptive. I had 2 different techs and entire time a worker was fixing the pedicure bowl next to me and made so much noise I couldn’t even enjoy my pedicure. Then I was told they didn’t have space for me for my manicure so the nail technician started doing my manicure at the pedicure bowl. She was unable to concentrate and couldn’t properly do my nails standing up. I said that I would wait for a manicure station to open up. I watched customers come way after my appointment and they were getting sitted as I continued to wait for a manicure station to open up. After 2 hours I finally said that I needed to be next as new customers should not go before me. Absolutely horrible experience especially that it was for my son’s wedding and spent way more than other nail salons.
