The technician was horrible. She didn’t have a name on her smock. She cut me at least 8 times. They were burning when I put them in the water from her cutting them so bad. I have never had my toes cut to the point they bled. My toes hurt so bad right now and are red from her not knowing what she was doing. I also felt like I was rushed because they did my gel manicure at the same time and that doesn’t look good either. Ashley is a HAIR GENIUS! I had light brown hair that I unfortunately damaged with sun-in. I visited another salon (the tint wouldn't budge), they said it would take 3-5 sessions to lighten it and fix the orange hue.
