I’m quite let down by the spa pedicure I received recently. The technician only spent 17 minutes on it and the 10-minute massage was below average. It was the quickest spa pedicure I’ve ever had. My regular tech wasn't there, but I usually enjoy this place and thought everyone was skilled! Unfortunately, that wasn't the case this time.
