I always see Elena, she is fantastic and always brings my visions to life. The proprietor is very welcoming and kind, and they consistently strive to accommodate me. They are also very kind to my daughter whom I bring along almost every time. They always give her treats and let her relax in the massage chair while I get my nails done. :)
I dislike leaving negative feedback, especially for a small business, but this was the most subpar manicure and pedicure I've ever had. The individuals who worked on my pedicure did such a sloppy job with painting my toes (they didn't cover the entire nail), that I ended up taking the polish and finishing the job myself while my friend was completing her services. Another technician kindly offered to complete the painting.
My pedicure was flawless. The lady who worked on my feet was incredibly meticulous and professional. I will definitely be returning!
