The staff was welcoming, and the therapist successfully relieved the tension in my back and shoulders. The pain has vanished.
I was overcharged FOUR TIMES on my card, and then they claimed the card machine was faulty and forced me to pay in cash.
I had a truly disappointing massage experience. I feel like my $50 was wasted. They insisted on upfront payment and were quite rude when I asked to settle the bill after the service. The pressure during the massage was unbearable. It felt like pinching and nails digging in. Moreover, the therapist pulled my underwear down below my buttocks without asking, which has never happened to me before during a massage... To top it off, as I hurried to leave, she rushed to ask for a tip. I gave her $10 and requested $5 back. She insisted that $10 was the minimum tip. What a shock! It should be my choice. After another eye roll, I overheard people in the background arguing about my tip. The whole ordeal left me so upset that I felt like calling the manager. I'll be visiting Spavia or Sam's Happy Feet next time...
