We had an amazing experience for my little one's initial haircut. The proprietor was prompt and efficient, making the process smooth and quick. She even added a braid and sparkles to delight my child after the cut. Thank you for ensuring her first haircut was a breeze!
Avoid this venue. We were slightly late for our appointment and informed them we'd be 5 minutes behind. Laura (the presumed owner) warned us that any further delay would result in cancellation. We rushed to make it on time. Laura was brusque with us and our child. Despite requesting a short haircut for our son, she gave a rushed and unsatisfactory cut. When we asked for a fix, she refused, claiming it would look better when dry. She hurriedly finished and moved on to the next client. We had to rectify our son's hair at another salon. Do not patronize this establishment. They rush you through and disregard your input - just a factory-like hair salon: churning out clients. 0 stars
