Took my kids to Alice for haircuts and I am disappointed. The cuts are uneven and rushed. The partition is not done as I requested from the picture. It seemed like she was not interested in cutting kids' hair and just wanted to fill time. I prefer Ultra over this salon. Alice asked for cash payment, claiming it was a good price for a $25 kids' haircut. I am very dissatisfied with the service and the experience was poor.
Avoid Alice at this salon. I went in for a simple trim and to schedule a dye appointment. I brought my own dye since my last experience was not great. Alice convinced me to cut more hair than I wanted and messed up the dye job. She left four inches of my hair undyed from the roots out. She insisted I bleach out my grey hair, which was unnecessary. I tried to communicate my preferences but she ignored me. Do not go to Alice. She will not deliver a satisfactory result and will still charge you despite messing up intentionally!
Meral is fantastic! She is very kind and did an excellent job! I asked for highlights, a cut, and hair extensions, and she delivered perfectly. She styled my hair beautifully, and I felt gorgeous when I left the salon. Meral is skilled and gave me stunning blonde hair, along with a relaxing scalp massage. The entire staff at the salon is incredibly friendly!
