This location is awful, I lost my eyelashes in just one day. When I requested a fix, they never responded. They wanted me to pay another $100 for their mistake. Very poor business practice, I will not return. This was a mega volume set the day after. Absolutely fantastic experience! The individual at the reception was exceptionally warm and hospitable, and my hair stylist Taylor was incredibly kind. I mentioned that I've been loyal to the same hairdresser since forever, and this was my first time trying someone new. Taylor did an outstanding job! She has now become my preferred hair expert! I also had a pleasant interaction with Jordan when I phoned to schedule the appointment; the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. It was a truly delightful experience!
