Awful service at Ulta; no sales associate offered help, and the one assisting another customer ignored me. The cashier was rude, no smile, and didn't assist in finding a brow gel. Won't return to this Ulta.
The staff were all pleasant, but there's a discrepancy between in-store and online prices. Ordering online for pickup is cheaper than buying in-store. It's puzzling why they don't match their own prices, risking losing customers. I drove to the store for an $11 product listed online, but it rang up as $20 in-store. Doesn't add up.
This is my go-to spot. The makeup selection is vast, and I always end up buying more than I planned for! 😀
